Enfield council street cleaning/waste services ignoring Winchmore Hill

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 20:27, Tue 25 October 2022

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3914783.

I have spent all day cleaning Hoppers road and Bourne Hill today. On Bourne Hill every bin at the Southgate end is overflowing with multi occupancy household waste. Still no warning signs have been put on the bins and no investigation - there is a wealth of evidence in these bags. JJ roofing on Hopper road continue to watch their clients dump their waste, which I clean all day and in cahoots with the council have put up a very rude and threatening notice about me outside their store. My car seats are filthy with the waste I collect every day - doing the job of the council. We don’t want to live in this filth anymore. The bag of waste in the picture is from the same woman who dumps her household waste once or twice a week on the pavement on Hoppers road. The mattress has been on Downes court and remains uncollected by the council, who on twitter claim that regular fly tipping pick ups occur - not in Winchmore Hill. Fly tippers are evadi g prosecution due to council inaction.
