Inaccessible pathway

59 Weir Hall Road N18 has a very large and overgrown hedge and walking past the property is nigh on impossible. As a pedestrian you can only walk past the property with one foot on the pavement and one on the muddy grass which is very slippery. If you are in a wheelchair or pushing a buggy you can not get past at all. This has been like this for months and is getting beyond a joke......the hedge is also completely obscuring the street sign which is buried over a foot back within the hedge!
