Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3911026.

There are far too many learner HGV drivers learning around the residential areas of Cefn y Hendy and near the YGG Llantrisant. This is an accident waiting to happen and the sooner something is done about it the better!
