Updates

  • This issue is still present, the wooden fence needs to be reinstated as pedestrains / dog walkers often walk this public footpath and at present it opens up onto a main road.

  • Defect hasnt been reviewed or repaired. There is a signifcant risk of children / animals from walking straight out onto the main road due to there not being a fence between the main road and footpath. Fence had rotted and was removed and not replaced.
