Insufficient solution to tree root lifting crossover

Reported via desktop in the Tree roots lifting pavement category anonymously at 11:38, Fri 21 October 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The pavement and blocks of the crossover outside 28 the crescent have been reset. However, nothing was done to the tree roots which are actually causing this problem. Hence the reset blocks are simply 50mm higher than they were originally laid. This has created a 50mm lip (trip hazard) between the drive and the crossover. The tree root is still in place untrimmed, the pavement and crossover has a pronounced hump and the problem that a public tree root is lifting the pavement, crossover to 28 The Crescent and lifting the blocks of the hard standing of 28 the crescent persists.
