This is a statutory nuisance (covered by the Environmental Protection Act 1990).

This woke me up about at about 5.08 am and the clanking and banging tends to continue for 20 minutes or so. It is 5.24 am anow and as I type this the racket is still going on waking everyone in this part of Byres Road up.

WILL THE COUNCIL BE TAKING ACTION AGAINST BOOTS TO STOP THIS & IF NOT WHY NOT ????

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS !!!

If I do not hear from the Council in the next week a Stage 1 complaint will be made to the Council.
