Pavement obstructed by parked cars

This pavement is obstructed by parked vehicles every day, and this is a typical example. There is barely room for a pedestrian to get through and not enough room for a buggy or mobility scooter. This path is used regularly by many elderly and vulnerable people including those with visual impairment, and they are often forced to walk in the road.
