Where are the workmen

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3896901.

We have been advised that workmen are to close the road and begin repairs/improvements who knows what who knows when. signage by a contractor "Cadent" is displayed but is this to fool the public because they are actually digging up the road in Parsonage Lane junction with Churchbury Lane.
