Thank you for using Fix my Street We are continuing to work with Network Rail to replace stricken and damaged cabling to the signage attached to their structure and related works There are various issues around providing safe access to the installation, attaching cables to the structure and also limited options to safely and effectively provide lighting to the signage from a remote location.

Thx 4 your update re. access difficulties. However you have posted this as No Further Action. Is this correct? Or are you still pressing Network Rail to act to fix the low bridge sign lights?
Surely it is in rail and road users interests to reduce number of times lorries strike and become wedged under this bridge?
I see there is background illumination of the signs, but having sign lights repaired would help.
The bridge is struck frequently causing traffic jams and rail cancellations until it can be inspected.
