Traffic Lights not working

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3896044.

Traffic lights at junction of Darnel Road and Hambledon Road are not working. This is causing major issue and near misses have been witnessed. Requires urgent fixing (I have tried to report on 101 but no answer)
