Neighbour tree growth is over hanging our garden and out of control

The neighbours tree has overgrown on to our side of the garden and all over their outside stores and roof. It also goes round the building to the other side. It creates a lot of mess in our garden and blocks light coming into the rooms.

This house is number 38 Lambert Road. The garden is via a passage on Wolverton Road.
