The road mentioned is being overrun with hub lorry’s

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3892135.

I live along the the a259 coaster road we are see loads of lorry’s hgvs using this road through the night ,it’s as though the lorry’s are being redirected from m20 or the drivers are using the road to stop being jammed on m20 the amount of lorry’s is ridiculous constantly hearing them it is unacceptable for the local people who live along hear I put a complaint into Kent county council who said it was a highway agency problem are you able to look at this?

  • Nothing happened council said it was the highway agency problem m20 nothing to do with them ,the highway agency said the a259 is the council problem.it as eased at present it tends to happen when m20 as problems so the lorry’s use the a259 to cut through instead of stacking on m20
