Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3890497.

Left by either a very large dog, or a human. Either way, biohazard. Worse with the fact that this area is known to flood.

Underpass nearest to Shell petrol station, and at the Manchester end of it.
