Pavements not passable at school times

Parking around Tottington Primary School is, in the main, both dangerous and illegal. Pavements are not passble forcing people into the road. Road markings have worn away. Fire engine or ambulance cannot access our estate in case of emergency. Has been an ongoing problem for years. Some of my neighbours are elderly now and cannot go to the local shops safely because they can't get past on their mobility scooter/walking frame due to people parking/dumping their vehicles on pavements, sharp bends, corners, over dropped curbs/driveways and near the school entrance itself. We are frequently forced to walk in the road when pushing our grandchild. Some of the parked vehicles can be there all day which would indicate that some of this dangerous/illegal parking is done by the staff of the school.
