Overflow car park, private parking signs put up

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3883731.

At the back of my property use to be overflow car park. I've lived here nearly 5 years and the car park was always used as first come first serve basis, used by my guests. Now two of my new neighbours privatise the places as there's. Where all of us have there own parking at the front of a house. Can you please tell me if I am actually allowed to park there or not. Thank you in advance.

Maybe check land registry or some type of ownership of the land or who does maintainance etc,if what they did is legal.
