This house has been unoccupied for 5 years plus for whatever reasons the back of the house has had many sightings of Rats and it smells there is things falling off at the front and rear this shouldn’t be acceptable in a tidy area the council have been informed and their reply was nothing anyone can do ( there is we will all stop paying Rates

  • The issue with this property is still outstanding since it was reported in early October, it’s totally unacceptable that council tax payers in the area have to put up with this as it’s putting any potential buyers in the area off reducing the value of properties.

  • It just highlights the issue residents in the area have with This council they have no problem letting the area Run down lowering the value of remaining properties,we will escalate the issues with wales online etc
