  • Nothing has been done at all regarding the state of the tree up rooted pavement and uprooted grid. Only a claim form sent to claim for damage to the wall which I am not after. What’s the point when the issue will still be the pavement & roots This is a very concerning safety issue.

  • We are now concerned that unfortunately the roots of the tree has been causing problems with the sewage pipes. It’s also sad that the pavement and wall is in a mess and the grid on the pavement is protruding.

  • We are going to have a drain company to investigate as we are concerned it could possibly be the roots from the tree. We are no way implying for the tree to be removed but asking if something could be done regarding the state of the pavement and damage. Also we will at some point be replacing the garden wall which definitely is being damaged by the tree roots. We will let you know the results of the drain cctv.

  • As promised we can confirm the roots are not causing any problems to our drains. As said before next year we will be replacing the front wall so it would be good if the pavement could be sorted before then. Much Appreciated
