Very poor quality repair

Reported via iOS in the Pavement Defect category by Alison Stammers at 09:14, Fri 7 October 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This repair to pavement in Empress Drive is really quite shocking. Can only assume rushed or not finished. Paving slabs not flush. Large gaps between slabs. Previous broken slabs still not removed and piled up on grass. Please redo urgently. Thanks

  • As of this morning, neither the repair to make good the shoddy repair work to the paving (proud of surface therefore trip hazard; plus large gap around it) NOR removal of the broken slabs taken up have been attended to.

Please expedite both matters asap. Thanks very much Cllr Alison Stammers

  • Whilst the broken slabs have been removed, the shoddy repair has not been made good and the paving remains a trip hazard. Grateful if you would advise when this repair will be done - the initial report was on 7th October. I am also concerned at the lack of quality control for works of this nature. Thank you.

This is not a duplicate report and I cannot see it as live on FMS map!
