Same problem over more than a year

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3873155.

Pavement remains in a state of disrepair as previously reported. It was closed as the resident who damaged was due to make good, sadly they have failed to make good on that promise. It is noted that they have been able to make good their drive with new tarmac but have failed to make good the public footpath damaged during the works conducted, I believe adequate chance to Repair the damage caused has been given and the council needs to enforce the repair.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. This has been put forward for works, and currently sits with Oxfordshire highways. It is being priced and will be carried out when there is available budget. In the mean time, we will continue to monitor and repair immediate safety issues
