Severe cracking and holes along crossover

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3873118.

Significant cracking and holes across most of the crossover with the road and BP Linford Wood Service Station which could cause damage to vehicles.

Updates

No works completed as yet and although I have received a acknowledgement email a date for repair has not been received.
