No street lighting

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3868535.

There is no street lighting in the Bramblings. It is very dark and some of the pavements are uneven. There is a risk of walking home in the dark and feeling really unsafe. Also someone could trip and fall on uneven pavement in the dark.
