Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3863064.

Outside rear block of flats for 2, 4, 6 Ashmead Road, bins incorrectly filled, left out for 4 weeks plus. Never removed. Stickers indicating that they are not to be stored on the pavement or will be removed have been taken off. The block of flats is a dumpster and residents need to be reprimanded.
