Vehicles parking causing restrictions

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 14:51, Sun 2 October 2022

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3862453.

The whole of West Graham Street especially around number 101 where the Glasgow Guild shop is and marked with single yellow lines with signs showing no loading but are always full of vehicles parked during the day right to the corner of Garnethill Street where it is obstructing vehicles turning up to Garnethill street. As I drive a van, I am always having to stop and pull to the middle of the road to turn up to Garnethill Street. Traffic warden does not issue tickets or warn drivers to move. Also at weekends, further up West Graham Street where number 45 and Uniprint shop is situated, there arer full of vehicles parked at both side of the road and only have enough space for one side of vehicle to pass and causing tail backs. I would like to know why does the whole of West Graham Street allows vehicles to park whole day when it is clealy stating no loading and traffic wardens does not ticket in the street ?
