Enclosed path extremely narrow (Southrepps Footpath No. 9)

Reported via desktop in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 21:14, Saturday 1 October 2022

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later

The south section of the path has been enclosed down to an extremely narrow width. Historically, the path was open to its eastern side. At the location shown by the first photo, the path was measured at just 30.5 inches wide. The second photo - 47 inches. The third photo, together with the overgrown conifer - just 24 inches. It is implausible that the path was historically contsrained within such a narrow width. Norfollk County Council needs to investigate the legal width of the path, here, and ensure that that width gets made and kept open and available to the public.
