Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3859897.

This street lamp has just been repaired and now my bedroom is permanently lit, all night, ruining my sleep. Is it really necessary for it it burn all night long? It’s not a major thoroughfare and sees little foot traffic. Doesn’t seem economical nor environmentally friendly. If a light is deemed necessary, why can’t it be on a timer or motion detection switch?
