Wasps nest

A huge wasps nest has taken over a large bush down Ivirne Road opposite the block of flats. This road has a large foot fall and many residents and visitors use this road to park down. It is right on the pavement and they fly at you as soon as you go near which poses a safety risk to the general public. I do not know whether the bush belongs to a resident that lives there or is council owned. It really does need to be taken care of as now people have stopped parking near it to reduce the risk of being attacked/stung
