Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3857162.

Tree were cut back by council in august and 2 very large branches / trunks have been rolled into the water course, a traffic cone has also been thrown in. this is now causing a dam in the water flow & a back up of water in the ditch
