Priority sign not visible

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3856591.

I've seen several near misses here, i think the main problem it that the priority sign is not visible for drivers coming UP Redlands Road, there is a tree branch blocking it. So drivers coming up Redlands road may not realise they don't have right of way, and need to give priority to cars coming down Redlands road. Thanks
