Underpass has insufficient street lighting, lots of litter

The underpass that goes under the Gabalfa Interchange is incredibly intimidating and unsafe for those on foot and those who cycle. There isn’t sufficient street lighting and the area is strewn with litter. Why are people who just want to walk to their destination treated so poorly while drivers are given a much better treatment? It would be great to see more choices for crossing over the A48 as the Gabalfa interchange is an unpleasant experience. Improvements to the pedestrian infrastructure at the Gabalfa Interchange would be welcomed!
