Water main stopcock cover broken
Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3856303.
On the pavement there is a water main stopcock cover that has been broken off, leaving a 4" or so gap.
This could be a trip hazard, and is often full of water as we walk our dog past the location.
