Blind corner

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3854390.

People are parking on the blind corner and causing people to almost have accidents. Is it possible to put some countermeasure in play like double yellow lines or posts as they are all parked on the pavement to so people are walking on the road and they cannot walk by the Cars as the pavement is blocked
