Bad road layout

Good morning, This is the worst road layout ever I'm cut up 2-4 times a week where the left and right lane is to go straight on. The right lane goes into one just after the light and everyone cuts people up this road needs to be changed for the right lane, Right line turns only no straight on. there will be alot of accidents as someone who thought of this road layout needs to be sacked just shocking
