Large van parked blocking path

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3852745.

Large van is parked blocking most of the pavrment making it difficult for pedestrians to get by and impossible for wheelchairs, there is no path on opposite side of road so pedestrians are forced to walk in road.

Van is parked there most of the time , occasionally moved and returned.
