Overflowing public bin

The public bin on Melrose Avenue (next to Ayur Court) has been overflowing for more than a week. The photo was taken on the 20th September, and a week on bags of dog excrement are lying on the floor around the bin. The bin less than 50 metres away is regularly emptied, but this bin is repeatedly ignored.
