Drain blocked with vegetation

This drain is completely blocked now. There was a tree located over it which has been chopped down, however the regrowth makes it impossible for the routine lorry to access it, so nothing has been cleared for months. When it isn't flooded you can see soil and grass completely obscuring the drain cover now.

  • This drain is now blocked and covered in vegetation. Have reported it through clean my streets too. Any other ideas how I need to report it, as there doesn't seem to be anyone responsible 🤔
