Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3847365.

Just at the start of Winsbeach, by the telecommunication box, two large plastic sacks, overflowing with domestic rubbish. The foxes have opened them and there is rubbish on the pavement, in the road and on the garden. It is quite an unpleasant sight. They have been there 2/ 3 days now. Thank you.
