Manhole cover leaking, waste in residential car park

When driving down wessex close towards Cranborne academy and you turn left towards culver Road, on the grass between the road and residential car park on the right, there is leaking manhole. The waste flooded the grass between the road and the car park and now the waste is flooding the residential car park. It stinks, it's dangerous and filthy. Please stop the leakage
