Several dog mess bags pushed into the hedge of Richmond Hyundai plus used tissues and green lighter on footpath in Zetland Road opposite the junction with Nutbourne Road

At 9:25 this morning (22 September 2022) I saw a man in a grey hoodie throw out used toilet tissues and dog mess bags into the gutter from a red and black van licence plate number W482 LGV into the gutter. Checking half an hour later the van had gone, and most of the rubbish had been removed. But there were still several toilet tissues, along with a green lighter on the pavement. Plus several dog mess bags pushed into the hedge. All in alignment with where the side door of the van had been. They are all still there when I checked again at 1120am.
