Rear exit to restaurant premises whose main entrance is on Abbey Street Leicester. The rear exit is filthy and there is an overflowing large black wheeled refuse bin which hasn't been emptied for months. The whole exit area is covered in broken glass, pigeon droppings and general thick layered dirt. This poses an environmental hazard and must be attracting vermin to the restaurant premises.
