Dog mess.

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3839133.

Public footpath between Oxencove and the fish market has several piles of dog fouling along it. Perhaps the gem of Torbay got it's title because of these nuggets of gold.

Updates

The original dog mess has been removed/gone/deteriorated who knows how. Yesterday I walked along there and there was only one large pile of dog mess on the slip by the telescope. The flies were enjoying themselves though.
