  • Please note that we consider that the tree between no.9 and 11 Oak Tree Gardens is now a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles due to the low hanging branches which are now in full leaf and require pedestrians to duck as they walk along the footway. The street lighting opposite is affected by the tree growth of the tree outside no.6 . This is a potential pedestrian risk after dark. First reported Sept 2022. Please take this matter seriously and respond urgently.
