Someone has dumped their black bins full of waste outside my front garden at 156 Fishguard Road, Llanishen, CF14 5PU and it appears that some animal/person has rummaged through them and caused a mess on my street . I know for a fact that they aren't mine as there's room in my outside black bin and the contents include food wrappers from food that we do not eat in my household as well as medication packets for drugs we do not take in my household. It's not even bin day so I don't know why they've been dumped there and it's a massive mess. Can the council clear it?
