Planks on the pavement that blocks the pathway

Yesterday (19th September) my husband was walking with my baby daughter in the arm, a truck was going through Vere street, so he had to walk on the pavement with planks, but there were wooden planks fell off from the building work, they are on the pavement and blocked the way, my husband was trapped by those planks and fell down on the pavement, my baby daughter had a long deep cut on her face and we have been to A&E, we should report this irresponsible behaviour of pavement blocking by those companies.
