Statutory nuisance- failure to address concerns raised
Reported via mobile anonymously at 06:35, Tue 20 September 2022
Sent to Edinburgh City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3834685.
We as witnesses have long reported anything associated with venues getting charitable donations that do not make a positive difference
And all associated failures to mitigate
So when NWH waste uplift bottles and create statutory nuisance disturbance ie all negative impact associated with Assembly Venue Perverting course of justice
It is a concern we are being harmed, harrased and victimised
Request they cease unethical uplifts till after 7am weekdays and after 730am weekends
It's obviously a contributing factor to Worsening Environment Community Safety Standards and Quality of Life for Residents Rights spanning over a decade because look at graffiti vandalism lawlessness possibly related to over licence provision

The Authority referred to the agreement it had with the University regarding the removal of graffiti from University premises. It explained that it held no formal written record of this agreement, and that the original agreement may have been made verbally or the records no longer exist. The Authority submitted that the Area Managers and Supervisors for the Street Cleansing Team that might have had knowledge of the agreement, had since retired from the Authority and their digital accounts had been removed. It noted that the current agreement has been in place for at least 10 years. End quote

Team The CCTV at corner of Drummond Street/ Roxburgh Place Where a certain set of organisations and institutions have already failed to address concerns, failed to mitigate impact and failed to reduce inequalities Is unlikely to make any difference to the lives of the community already impacted by Acts and ommisions Spanning over a decade
