Phone dropped down drain

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3833443.

I dropped my phone down the drain in the drainoutside the bus stop for Hull Truck Theatre when I got out of a taxi. It is waterproof. Is there any way to get it back thanks. Black phone cover with gold crown. Galaxy S22. 3am when getting out of taxi to wait for coach.
