The road is full of potholes I nearly went over on my ankle it’s been like that for a long time now something needs to be done

I got a message back saying it doesn’t belong to council but no other information for me to pursue the problem the council must know who the land belongs to very disappointed as things will never get fixed or resolved if people don’t go the extra mile
