Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3830964.

There are two cars that have been parked for over a year. One in a private car park and one at the end of the street which means the bin men can’t empty the public bin which is now overflowing and attracting foxes ever night. These cars don’t belong to anyone in this part of the street.
