Cars speeding and driving the wrong side of the island

Cars speeding along Jubilee Drive. It has always been a problem but seems to be getting worse! There also seems to be an increasing number of cars/vans driving the wrong side of the island, with quite a few near head on crashes recently! Maybe a temporary speed check sign would help and directional signs on the island to show which side of the road to stay on?!
