7 rubbish bins on footpath

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3826945.

End of queens road N90rb 7 rubbish bins in a line on footpath never get put in. Have to walk in to road to get pass. Very unsightly. Building is 4 flats no one takes responsibility for the bins they are just left in the curb all the time.
