Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3824435.

Trollies keep being left on the corner of this road for months there are now 6 - where Osbert Close meets Wilby Road. This is a hazard for cars turning and people using the public footpath
